Here are some take-aways from the video that you can start applying to your daily projects:
- When something goes wrong, focus on the big on the picture.
- Start from the top and try to work your way down
- Always try to remember the “why” behind the “what” and make sure you communicate this to your staff as much as possible
- Be the change and be the leader and the nay-sayers will follow
